It’s been a long week that started off badly, so I’ll leave you all with some interesting (I hope) links.

• Last night I went to hear one of my old poetry teachers, Yusef Komunyakaa. I also had the pleasure of having dinner with him and some colleagues in the writing program. It was wonderful all the way around and I highly recommend reading his work–or better yet hearing him read it.
