My kids have their annual field day today where they run races against each other. Did I mention that they’re the only ones who don’t have official school shirts? Sigh. No one told me. I’m volunteering this afternoon at the duck pond. Yay. I’m actually charging the video camera as we speak.

The bad thing about being sick with a cold is that you wake up really early because you can’t breathe. So I went to bed around 11:30 last night and got up at 6:15. I prefer 8 hours, especially when I’m sick. At least I don’t have to work today.
